My experience with Joe the facilities personnel has been incredible. He is kind, timely and passionate about helping and serving others. I am incredibly grateful for his kindness every time I see him around the facility.

Parc round is an amazing complex and I have nothing but great things to say about them but I don’t have to give big props to Miguel and Lee the maintenance men, they are amazing! They fix everything so promptly and not to mention they are super funny and so personable.

I can recommend these luxury apartments to anybody! They are beautiful inside and out! The staff is always super friendly! I regret moving some where else! My husband and I made beautiful memories here at our first apartment and I would definitely come back to these apartments. 10/10

I wanted to write a review upon just joining this property. We relocated from Texas 2 weeks ago and the staff have been helpful. I was a bit nervous because we are new and this is new to us shopping for apartments out of state prior to moving. But we toured with Claudia end of July and she was helpful and the apartment she showed us was beautiful! This video is ours and upon arrival it was spotless as you can see!!!!! (Video only allowed 30 seconds to play and not the full 58 but this is an idea) This was a video of my husband and his friend arriving before me & our daughter came. Thank you Parc South Mountain for a beautiful and peaceful relocation. We've been here for two weeks now and the staff have been helpful with things we had questions and inquiries about. The complex overall is clean and quiet and of true luxury inside and out. Most apartments that claim luxury are simply not that. The amenities, the fixtures in the apartment, the mail room lol beautiful! I do like how you are given a free carport. Any additional, you do have to pay but I think that's worth it being the hot weather here. I love that it comes with washers and dryers as well! And BEST OF ALL, NO BUGS!!!!! Huge win! As of right now, they have my vote. I will follow back up towards the end of our lease. Thank you so far Claudia, Alekse and Chasity!

Joe, was quick to respond to my Maintenace request he came found the issue and fixed it incredibly fast. Thank you Joe !

This review is for the maintenance supervisor, Joe. He came to my apartment a week or two ago and fixed all of my concerns. He was given a list of things that needed to be fixed and even fixed things that I did not have on the list such as changing out the air filters, unclogging the bathtub and sink. He also checked my water heater as well. He is knowledgeable and great at his job. Thanks Joe, we appreciate you!

Wonderful office staff and a comfortable living environment. Conveniently located near major freeways, the airport, and many other amenities. Also the maintenance guy is always looking out.

From the application process to officially being a tenant, the entire staff at Parc South Mountain has been wonderful and attentive to our needs. Any maintenance needs have been addressed in great timing. They also do a great job of keeping the facilities and common areas as clean as possible. I have been impressed with their support and have been a happy tenant up to this point. Update: Still a 5 star experience! Joe is the best maintenance staff member I have come across. Him and the rest of the team are always extremely helpful and supportive of my needs as a tenant. Anytime I have for something to be taken care of, they always get to it quick. No questions asked or no back and forwards. They listen and apply. Overall, truly impressed and appreciative of the staff here: The maintenance, the support, the friendliness are all top notch.
