I appreciate the fast response. The service was effective and efficient. I love the maintenance respond and the experience. I haven’t had this above average experience at other apartments.

This review is specifically for Joe!! He does maintenance around here. He has helped me on multiple occasions, first the fridge, and then my garbage disposal. During both of these projects he continually explained procedures and what he is working on. Not only did he fix my problems he has taught me a lot as to what to look out for to take care of my home. Shout out to Joe <3

Joe came in and fixed our broken garbage disposal in MINUTES. Friendly guy and really gives a reflection on the company as a whole

Move in process was a breeze. I Love it here! Office staff Alexi, Claudia & Chasity are knowledgeable & helpful. Community is quiet at night. No BUG problems, No noise complaints whatsoever. I have a one bedroom & it’s very spacious. I think I’ll definitely be here for a while! Thanks Parc South Mountain. Excellent service

Great experience and excellent customer service, had a light bulb go out and was replaced immediately by joe the maintenance guy, was very polite and helpful
