John the maintenance guy has been amazing! Every time we place a maintenance request, he goes above and beyond and fixes every issue we have! Whenever we see him around the complex, he always stops and says hello.

Every time I’ve put in a service request, he’s there the same day fixing it with care and professionalism. You’ll often see him out early keeping the grounds clean and beautiful, always with a warm smile and friendly hello. I've had varied experiences with AMC managed locations. This location's management is superb. They're very welcoming, friendly, communicative, routinely do tenant/community events, and most importantly have been very reasonable/ethical to work with on the business end of things. The tenants here are a grab bag like any and the trailer park next door is a little noisy, but these are nuances outside of their control that shouldn't deter you. The apartments and grounds are clean, updated, and most importantly I haven't had any issues with bugs. The fiber internet is a great value when compared to Cox and CenturyStink(Link). Overall, a charming place to call home in South Mountain.

Laurie at the office is really sweet, whenever I have a question she usually gets to me right away. I had one complaint about something and I seen immediate change. And they started doing it regularly. Which made me feel heard. It’s also the reason why I’m renewing my lease and I’m glad she’s our new manager at our property. Same with Joseph he's always calm and gets things done right the first time and efficiently.
