Looking forward to calling this place my home very soon! Toured and Spoke with Joseph who was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly to a new renter. Beautiful complex definitely a 5 star well earned !

I enjoy living here. Laurie in the front office is always helpful in making sure I am comfortable and taken care of. John and George in maintenance are helpful and are always there to help. They all go above and beyond to help residents.

Had our microwave take a dump on a Wednesday. By Friday morning John had a new one ready and installed within five minutes.

The maintenance team here has been great. John especially has gone above and beyond! He has even checked back in at a later date to make sure things were still going well when we had a recurring issue. No maintenance request has taken longer than a day before we hear back as well.

John was incredibly helpful with our water leak in and out super fast and kept us up to date with the progress.

Parc South has been my home for the last 2 years and it has been a great experience. They have handled all of my requests with care and urgency. When I transitioned to a single bedroom the transition was smooth. Joseph and Laurie were very accommodating. If you are looking for a home with great staff this is the right place!

We toured in short notice and Joseph was so kind and knowledgeable. He helped me and my fiancé with all our questions and made us feel so welcomed! He was great!
