I had a chance to sit down with the property’s manager Camary Roberts and let me tell you she is a rockstar very professional, eloquent and sharp. She takes the time to listen to any concerns the residents have and makes us feel heard, that’s a trait many people don’t have so keep up the good work Camary!!!

My family and I recently moved in and we love it here! We want to give a shout out to Isabel ( our leasing consultant). She was professional, yet friendly. If we had any questions, she would answer or guide us to someone who could.

I would give 5 stars but over the past 7 months there's has been 3 different managers and assistants. the only one who has been constant is Isabelle who has been nothing but helpful, every time I walk in she goes above and beyond to get me the help I need. She is absolute amazing, thank you for all you do :)

I had a great smooth experience with my leasing process, all thanks to Isabel. She was great getting back to me through email. My concerns were never left unanswered and always received great detail.

This has been my first renting experience and it has been such an amazing experience. They have such wonderful agents who are ready to help at a moments notice, especially Isabel! She helped us through our whole process, with touring, getting our application in, keeping us updated with important info and how to progress with signing. She also continues to aide me with all my questions, even as a resident.

Isabel has been amazing. I moved across the country and she helped with every step of the way. She is very responsive and super helpful. She really is looking out for you. So far so good at the apartments!

I am pleased with the level of quality service provided by Isabel as she aided me in the entire move in process as well as assist me in any issue I am having. Isabel is efficient in her work, and operates with a degree of care, which is rare. Her sincerity and genuine being is a real gravitational pull in favor of Parc South if one is debating or picking their next place of residence.

There is one really good leasing agent at this apartment complex, her name is Isabelle, she is so nice, so helpful, I can’t even tell how many times I went in the office hoping she would be there because she always has a solution for any of my issues. Even yesterday when I needed a gate opener she was so quick to help. I really appreciate her help, she’s amazing and very welcoming. Any future residents, I highly recommend you to always go to her for any help!

I fell in love with this property just from the tour the pool and mailroom is simply beautiful.The entire property looks nice and modern and very clean, and the amazing staff there. Isabelle Martinez was my tour guide and leasing agent through the entire process. She is very responsive and had answered all my questions that I needed to be answered.
