Wow wow wow! What can I say, such a great experience living here. Phew, talk about luxury. From the resort style pool and spa to the amazing community gym, bang for your buck is an understatement. Chasity, Aleksie, and Claudia all were very pleasant and professional as well as the maintenance. All and all, one of the best apartment experiences I’ve ever had. P.S we miss the grills.

I recently moved in and I think this place is amazing! I haven't had anything I could complain about yet. Meeting with the management for the application process was delightful and easy. I love the view I got in my crib and the neighbors I have met so far have all been cool! The amenities are nice and I definitely think it's one of the best complex I have stayed in so far in my years of living in AZ

Nice 3 story apartments with a nice pool and parking spaces for the handicap. Friendly staff. A little pricey but good place for family, and lots of amenities.

The staff at Parc South Mountain is the best! I've only lived here a few months but they have been helping and supporting me with whatever I may need. They follow through, communicate and are always understanding and friendly. I highly recommend living here not only because of the amazing property but because they have an awesome staff supporting it!

I looked at so many apartments, too many before making me decision. I finally found my Gem.Parc South Mountain is the winner!!! The BEST office staff and responsive maintenance team. DEFINITELY happy I moved here!!!
