Came to tan today with my team and joe the maintenance man was amazing! He helped us move benches and even turned on the fire place for us! He’s amazing!

When we first moved into our apartment we had multiple amenities that needed fixed. We called the office and immediately got scheduled for someone to come fix it for us. The maintenance guy, Joe, put in 100% effort in fixing everything we needed and in a timely manner. He is always willing to help with anything we need and is extremely friendly. When we needed a washer replacement he took the washer down three flights of stairs and brought a new one up three flights of stairs by himself just so we could have the washer to get our uniforms washed for the next day. Joe has been nothing but helpful and hard working for this place!

My girlfriend and I have been living here for 6 months now and it has been great. Apartments are modern with nice amenities. The office team is friendly and helpful. I also want to give a special shoutout to Joe from the maintenance team. He always has a good attitude no matter the job and is very knowledgeable. He's helped me out a few times now and I really appreciate him. Thanks Joe!

I like how maintenance will follow up and give updates on request, usually always accessible too

Joe has been great. He is always professional, quick to respond, and incredibly efficient in handling any maintenance requests. Not only does he complete repairs the first time, but he also takes the time to explain the issue and how it was fixed. Love the complex/Apts! Friendly neighbors and Staff; but the most friendly here is Joe, our maintenance man! He is super friendly and helpful since the first day we had moved in! Whether it’s a quick hello/goodbye while passing each other in the complex or if needing assistance with something in our apartment, Joe is always there ! Keep up the Great work, Joe!!
