APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Phoenix

Everyone in the office has been a pleasure to work with. Mayra helped me move when I was out of state and was so helpful. Michael greeted me kindly and made move in a breeze. The apartment and community definitely feel luxurious. I will say that I wasn't sure about the planes but they're definitely pretty constant. It isn't disruptive to me though and oddly nostalgic since I grew up near an airport, just something I noticed. Edit: I'm also impressed with the details of the apartment. Things like the well thought out layout, integral blinds, shelves in the shower, lots of storage space, and usb plugs on the outlets.

These apartments are wonderful I had the pleasure of working with Michael Lentz he made my move in super easy and was there to help me every step of the way the apartment it’s self is beautiful lay out everything is brand new it’s definitely worth the money I would recommend Parc south mountain apartments to anyone looking for a nice apartment and super quiet

Every step of the way Parc South Mountain has been an amazing experience! All the staff are very friendly and they made our move in process very simple and seamless. This property is brand new our unit hasn’t even been lived in yet. Not to mention how gorgeous the design is and the security of the gate and 24/7 gym which is my favorite! You have to check this place out! We have bad credit and they were able to take us in no problem!

It has been wonderful since our move in. Also love that I am 10 mins away from work . The amenities are great, the neighbors are so nice. Its peaceful and love that we get to enjoy the pool view. Very convenient for to get to local stores, great place to live.

Mayra the Assistant Manger was very helpful with my initial viewing of the one bed room Luxury apartment. Mayra was also very helpful and understanding with me relocating to the Phoenix area from Pennsylvania. Mayra was able to provide me with the application process as well as explaining all the steps. I really appreciate Mayra and the Parc South Mountain team with working with me from miles away and accepting documentation via e-mail since I was not yet staying in the Phoenix area. I am happy to say that I was approved for an amazing apartment which I am very excited to start my new journey in Phoenix. I would also like to say that I love the dog wash room and my fur baby and I will be patiently waiting for the dog park. Mayra is amazing!!! Thank You for EVERYTHING!!!!! I recommend Parc South Mountain Luxury apartments for anyone looking for a nice Luxury and safe place to live with beautiful amenities. 😁

We have recently moved in and love the apartment and the amenities that come with it. Everything is brand new which we love. Shalana in the office made the move in process a breeze and on short notice. Really have loved everything so far. Dog bathing area is a plus that I have grown to really appreciate.

the office staff was so helpful with answering all of mine and my husband's questions. The apartments are beautiful and all of the amenities are just as nice! Great location close to south mountain. We cant wait to get moved in and become long time residents!! Update: moved in and love it! Everything is fresh and modern. Pool area is very relaxing.
